REWARDS

Apartments pay us a commission to lease their properties and we share this money with you.  It’s that simple.   

Just us our database to select the properties you are interested in and email us that list.  This will register you with these communities.  When you visit the community, make sure to tell them you found them using Austin For Lease and make sure our name is listed on the application and let us know you have leased an apartment. 

The day after you move-in we will send a verification of move-in to the manager.  Once they send it back, we will give you the money.

BIGGER REWARDS

Sometimes apartments will offer us a even larger commission.  In these cases, we will pay you even more money. In some cases we have even paid a $1,000 reward.
